Handle dispute and takedown.

This is the public path to dispute a claimed Registry handle or request a takedown of published brand files. The Encoder terms and dispute page remain the legal source.

Use this path if someone claimed a handle you are authorized to manage, or if published files impersonate your brand or infringe a right you control.

A claimed record is live and managed by an account. It is signed for integrity. It is not proof that the publisher controls the brand's domain. Only a current DNS attestation sets trust_level verified and official_brand_source true.

Email team@encodedbrands.ai. Include:

1. The Registry handle, for example acme-1a2b3c4d.
2. The public Registry URL or MCP URL for that handle.
3. Your name, organization, and a working contact email.
4. The right you assert, and why this record is unauthorized or infringing.
5. The action you want: transfer, unpublish, or takedown pending review.

We may ask the publishing account for a response. We may remove or disable the public record while we investigate.
