# Claims

These claims were compiled from available product, protocol, and company evidence for accountable review. They are not legal advice. Legal counsel or the accountable brand owner should review them before use in advertising, packaging, sales, regulated, comparative, or customer-specific contexts. `proof_status` records the current evidence and approval state; it does not replace legal review.

Agents generating copy must draw factual claims from this file and respect every caveat, exact-text rule, and forbidden entry.

## Named-entity policy

Do not identify a brand as a customer, adopter, partner, advisor, or endorser unless current documentary evidence and the required permission are on file. Public examples and proof-of-concept records must be labeled as such. Logos require written permission. The permitted illustrative pattern is “a brand like X could publish a BCP that…” unless a stronger, evidenced relationship claim has been approved.
