# Values

interface.ai does not publish a named values list on the homepage checked 24 September 2026. The principles below are inferences from that page. They are not approved by interface.ai.

## 1. The member moment comes first

Start with the conversation a member or customer is trying to finish.

**tier:** core

**In practice:** A balance question, a form, a fraud check, or an after-hours call is the subject. The model is the means.

## 2. The institution stays accountable

The credit union or community bank remains the financial institution. The software vendor does not absorb that role.

**tier:** core

**In practice:** Do not imply that interface.ai holds deposits, makes credit decisions, or speaks as the charter.

## 3. Automation still has a person

The public copy keeps employees and human expertise in the picture.

**tier:** core

**In practice:** Nexus copy says human expertise arrives in seconds. Employee AI copy says humans are elevated, not replaced. Do not erase the person.

## 4. Regulation is part of the product

The homepage treats NCUA and FFIEC material as training input for catching risky content.

**tier:** core

**In practice:** Name the rule set as a training claim. Do not upgrade it to a certification or a promise that every answer is compliant.

## 5. Proof stays attached to a source

Scale, savings, and automation claims on the site belong to a page, a date, or a named speaker.

**tier:** core

**In practice:** Repeat the figure with its source. Do not average customer stories into a guarantee.
