# Lyko

Lyko Group AB (publ) is a Nordic beauty specialist. The company describes itself as passionate about making beauty accessible, inspiring, and fun for everyone, with a wide assortment, a "beauty playground" around the products, and a community. The business sells online through Lyko.com and the Lyko app in eight countries, and through stores in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. It also develops and manufactures own brands, including a factory in Gothenburg, and sells to hairdressers and retailers. Lyko is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The family story on the 2025 report starts with Frans Lyko's barbershop in Vansbro in 1952.

## Package map

**What this file is.** Brand Context Protocol (BCP) package for **Lyko**: structured public brand context hosted at a stable Registry URL. Encoded Brands authored BCP and runs the Registry. Encoder is a compiler / on-ramp for portable packages, not a content generator.

**Why teams use this.** Encode your brand once, use it everywhere, update as often as you like. Every AI tool, agent, teammate, and agency reads the same brief instead of reinventing guidelines per chat. Better content, fewer rounds of revisions, faster speed to quality output, and less re-pasted context (tokens). Connect compatible tools via URL or MCP. Registry Certified adds named audit of authenticated gated access, control over who can receive it, and proof of what was live.

**Provenance.** This record is a **public-source demonstration** assembled by Encoded from Lyko's own site, press releases, and the English Annual and Sustainability Report 2025. **Lyko has not reviewed or endorsed it.** Frontmatter shows `official_brand_source: false`. Publication here is not brand approval, domain verification, or a client relationship.

**Stable URLs**

| Resource | URL |
| --- | --- |
| This package root | `https://registry.brandcontextprotocol.dev/lyko-2e35153a/.well-known/brand.md` |
| Registry MCP for `lyko-2e35153a` | `https://registry.brandcontextprotocol.dev/mcp?customer_handle=lyko-2e35153a` |
| Companion map (MCP, IT copy, Trust) | `/.well-known/brand/onboarding.md` |
| Example page (if live) | `https://encoder.encodedbrands.ai/examples/lyko` |
| Encoded Trust Center | https://encodedbrands.ai/trust |

**What's in the package.** Daughter files listed in frontmatter `daughter_files` (voice, visual, claims, boundaries, and related). Claims and boundaries are the evidence and hard-limit surfaces for this brand's public context.

**MCP (optional permanence).** Custom MCP connectors are often plan- and admin-gated on team / enterprise AI accounts. Grayed-out "Add connector" usually means an admin permission wall, not a bad URL. Connector FAQ and sample IT email live in `onboarding.md`. Encoded does not claim native integration with every LLM vendor.

**Public by design.** Public BCP files stay public. Secrets do not belong in a public package.

**After claim + DNS verify.** Demonstration pitch is replaced with a short functional map (what the package is, daughter index, MCP URL) with accurate provenance.

## Source gaps (disclosed)

Read these before treating any visual or fair-presence line as policy.

- No public design system, identity kit, grafisk profil, logo pack, or media portal. Checked paths such as `/brand-guidelines` and `/media-kit` returned 404 on 5 October 2026. Hex, type, and logo notes in `visual.md` are **observed** on the live site and in the 2025 report's embedded fonts. They are not a published brand standard.
- Press images at [pressbilder](https://lyko.com/sv/om-lyko/media/pressbilder) are for journalistic use about Lyko's business, with the photographer credited. They are not a campaign or retail art kit.
- Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna: public record supports **buyer / attendee** presence for 2023, not exhibitor status. Do not write a booth, pavilion, or "sharing own brands at the fair" as fact. See `claims.md` and `boundaries.md`.
- Store count and headcount drift across dated boilerplate (34 stores in the 2025 report body; 35 in the 26 January 2026 Gleeze release; 36 and "close to 1100" people in the 28 April 2026 report announcement; "close to 1200" in the January 2026 release). Quote the date. Do not collapse them into one current figure.
- The English Annual and Sustainability Report 2025 is an informational translation. Lyko states it was not audited, and the Swedish version prevails if they differ.
- Third-party logo scrapes, font blogs, and agency case studies are out of this package.

## Agent default behavior

Read this file and the relevant daughter files before generating output about Lyko. Generic training data will miss the own-brand dates, the Cosmoprof limit, and the unpublished visual system.

Keep these distinctions:

- Lyko the retailer is not the same speaker as By Lyko, Make Up Store, Estelle & Thild, PLY Skin, Gleeze, Scandinavian Soap Factory, or Reserol. Name the brand you mean.
- "Welcome to your beauty playground" is the 2024 concept line. It is not a license to invent a pavilion or a fair booth.
- Load `claims.md` before assortment, sustainability, store-count, or own-brand share figures. Load `boundaries.md` before any Cosmoprof, superlative, or press-image use. Load `visual.md` before color, type, or logo work, and keep observed tokens labeled as observed.

## Positioning

Lyko sells professional, selective, and more accessible beauty across haircare, skincare, makeup, and fragrance, online and in stores. The 2025 report states a vision to be the obvious choice for beauty, and a business idea built on an e-commerce and store platform with digital consultation. Own brands are a growing part of the assortment. Most products still come from external brand owners.

The customer-facing idea is a beauty playground: wide choice, play, community, and prices that stay reachable. The culture system is The Lyko Way. See `values.md`.

## Own brands named for this demonstration

These are the brands in the Cosmoprof comparison brief. Each has a first-party source. None of them is evidence of a Cosmoprof booth.

| Reserol | Science-based brand, acquired 2024. | Annual Report 2025, p. 19; Swedish press 17 January 2024 |

The same Own Brands chapter also names Pusher, Waterclouds, Love'n Layer, Rebecca Stella Beauty, and Acasia Skincare. Confirm current shelf status before promoting those names. Do not treat every brand on lykopro.com as Lyko intellectual property.

# Voice

Lyko sounds like a person who works in beauty and refuses to be precious about it. The public voice is playful, direct, and a little irreverent. It invites people in. It does not lecture them about being beautiful.

The culture page opens with "Hey good lookin'" energy on About, then settles into short punches: "It's only beauty products." Press and the annual report can be warmer and more formal, especially when Rickard Lyko is writing to shareholders. Customer-facing lines stay closer to the playground.

## Personality

**Playful, then useful.** The 2024 line is "Welcome to your beauty playground." Play is the door. The next sentence should still help someone find a product, a brand, or a store.

**Anti-perfection.** The Lyko Way treats a miss as information. "Better an oops than a what if" on the culture page. "Rather an oops than a what if" in the 2025 report. Use the wording of the surface you are quoting.

**Accessible, not cheap as an insult.** By Lyko's own line, from Erika Lyko, is products that work and "don't break anyone's budget." Gleeze says "Low spend, high vibe." Price is part of the invitation. Do not sneer at the shopper or at prestige brands Lyko also sells.

**Community, specifically.** Lyko Community is a product in the app, with dated usage figures in the report and the Q2 2025 letter. "Community" alone is vague. Name the surface when you mean it.

**Speed without panic.** "Hockey is a fast game AND so is Lyko" sits on the culture page under Impact First. The company moves quickly. Copy should not sound stressed, and it should not promise that every idea ships.

## Register

| Surface | Register |
| --- | --- |
| Shop and brand stories | Warm, spoken, short. Contractions are fine. A wink is fine. |
| Own-brand launches | Specific product, price band, and who it is for. Gleeze is allowed to sound like the feed. Make Up Store is allowed to sound like a craft brand with a past. |
| Culture | The five F's, lived as behavior. Words are not the point. The culture page says so. |
| Press and the annual report | Clear, proud, numeric. Boilerplate can keep its exclamation points when you are quoting it. New sentences written for ads should not pile them on. |
| Investor lines | Targets, margins, and segments. Not playground slang. |

## Vocabulary

```yaml
prefer:
  - word: "beauty playground"
    tier: core
    rationale: "2024 concept line and recurring boilerplate. The public frame for exploration around products."
  - word: "beauty specialist"
    tier: core
    rationale: "Lyko's own category name in press boilerplate and the 2025 report."
  - word: "The Lyko Way"
    tier: core
    rationale: "Named culture system. Five F's. Do not rename it a manifesto or a purpose statement."
  - word: "own brands"
    tier: default
    rationale: "Lyko's term for the portfolio it develops or has acquired. Separate from the external assortment."
  - word: "It's only beauty products."
    tier: default
    rationale: "Culture-page line under Fun. Lowers the stakes without mocking the category."
  - word: "accessible, inspiring, and fun"
    tier: default
    rationale: "The three words in the standing boilerplate. Use them as a set when you are close to that source."
  - word: "Low spend, high vibe"
    tier: default
    rationale: "Gleeze line from the 26 January 2026 release. Gleeze only."
avoid:
  - word: "exhibitor"
    tier: core
    rationale: "Not supported for Cosmoprof. See boundaries.md."
  - word: "pavilion"
    tier: core
    rationale: "Same gap. Do not invent a fair stand."
  - word: "luxury house"
    tier: default
    rationale: "Lyko sells prestige brands and accessible ones. The company voice is a specialist retailer and maker, not a couture house."
  - word: "clean beauty"
    tier: core
    rationale: "Not Lyko's category claim. Sustainability lines are specific and dated. See claims.md."
  - word: "game-changing"
    tier: default
    rationale: "Empty intensifier. Name the product, the date, or the figure."
```

## Punctuation and formatting

```yaml
oxford_comma: yes
headline_periods: no
exclamation_points: "Quote Lyko's own lines when they use them. Do not add new ones for emphasis."
em_dash: "Avoid as a default hinge. Use a period or a comma."
emoji: "The culture page uses a wink once. Do not add emoji to ads or investor copy."
```

## Examples

```yaml
do:
  - "Welcome to your beauty playground. Start with the brands Lyko makes, and the ones it has taken on."
  - "It's only beauty products. Have a go."
  - "Gleeze landed at Lyko on 26 January 2026. Low spend, high vibe. Exclusive to Lyko."
dont:
  - "Lyko unveils its official Cosmoprof pavilion, where seven own brands meet the world."
  - "Unlock a seamless, game-changing beauty ecosystem for the modern consumer."
  - "We are thrilled to announce that Lyko is the greenest beauty destination in Europe."
```

## Shifts by brand

- **Lyko:** playground, assortment, community, The Lyko Way.
- **By Lyko:** practical, hairdresser-born, vegan haircare ambition, budget-respecting. Erika Lyko is the named product voice on the about page.
- **Make Up Store:** "Forever Iconic." Expertise, quality, creativity since 1996. Scandinavian, professional, not slangy.
- **PLY Skin:** "anti-beauty beauty brand." Strength, barrier care, no anti-aging talk. That limit is the brand's own, from the 21 November 2024 release.
- **Gleeze:** feed-native, short, price-honest. Do not make it sound like Make Up Store.
- **Estelle & Thild:** organic, certified. Quiet and material. Do not borrow Gleeze's slang.
- **Scandinavian Soap Factory:** a 2025 own-brand launch. Say "launched in spring 2025." Do not invent a heritage story.
- **Reserol:** science-based, acquired 2024. Do not invent clinical outcomes.

# Anti-AI voice

Apply the community baseline and every brand addition below before generating or approving copy. Lyko can be playful. It should still sound like a person who has stood behind a chair or a checkout, not like a model filling a template.

```yaml
community_reference:
  - url: "https://encodedbrands.ai/.well-known/brand/voice/anti-ai.md"
    rationale: "Encoded Brands maintains a live baseline of common machine-written language patterns."
brand_additions:
  - type: phrase
    pattern: "thrilled, excited to announce, we can't wait"
    rationale: "Lyko press leads with the product and the date. Synthetic announcement warmth replaces both."
    example: "We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in Nordic beauty."
  - type: word
    pattern: "revolutionize, unlock, leverage, seamless, cutting-edge, game-changing"
    rationale: "These words are not how The Lyko Way or the shop talks. Name the brand, the price, or the behavior."
    example: "Unlock a seamless game-changing beauty playground."
  - type: structure
    pattern: "em dashes used as a default sentence hinge"
    rationale: "They create a polished model cadence. Lyko's public lines are shorter than that."
    example: "A playground — for everyone — starts here."
  - type: structure
    pattern: "parallel filler (not just X but Y, from X to Y)"
    rationale: "Two-beat escalations simulate range. Lyko already has a specific range: hair, skin, makeup, fragrance, stores, and the app."
    example: "Not just a retailer, but a movement. From gloss to transformation."
  - type: phrase
    pattern: "in today's beauty landscape"
    rationale: "Scene-setting with no fact. Start with Lyko, the brand, or the shopper."
    example: "In today's fast-moving beauty landscape, Lyko leads the way."
  - type: phrase
    pattern: "official exhibitor, pavilion, booth takeover"
    rationale: "Cosmoprof copy drifts here when the model wants a trade-show climax. The public record does not support it."
    example: "Visit Lyko's official pavilion at Cosmoprof Bologna."
  - type: word
    pattern: "clean beauty, toxin-free, chemical-free"
    rationale: "Lyko's published product limits are specific: EU cosmetics rules, a banned-substance list on own products, and no animal-tested products under EU law. Those are not 'clean.'"
    example: "Lyko, the clean-beauty destination."
  - type: closer
    pattern: "join our growing community and experience everything we have to offer"
    rationale: "Lyko Community is a named app surface. A generic closer erases it."
    example: "Join our growing community and experience everything we have to offer."
  - type: phrase
    pattern: "the greenest, the most sustainable, planet-positive"
    rationale: "Sustainability copy on lyko.com is a list of practices with dates and scopes. Superlatives are not on that list."
    example: "The most sustainable beauty retailer on earth."
```

# Values

Lyko's public value system is The Lyko Way: five F's. The culture page and the 2025 annual report tell the same story with different subtitles. Use the wording of the source you are quoting. The culture page says the words matter less than the behavior.

The Lyko Code sits beside the F's. The culture page says it is based on the core values and sets expectations toward colleagues, partners, and the community. The page does not publish the code article by article. Do not invent articles.

## The five F's

```yaml
the_lyko_way:
  source_pages:
    - "https://lyko.com/en/about-lyko/culture"
    - "Annual and Sustainability Report 2025, This is Lyko, English translation"
  items:
    - name: Fun
      culture_page: "Life is too short to be bored. It's only beauty products."
      report_2025: "Life is too short to be bored."
    - name: Friendly
      culture_page: "Sharing Is Caring."
      report_2025: "Sharing is caring."
    - name: Focused
      culture_page: "Impact First. Focus on the shots with the biggest impact."
      report_2025: "Results rule."
      note: "The subtitle differs. Do not merge them into a third slogan."
    - name: Fabulous
      culture_page: "Better an oops than a what if."
      report_2025_label: "Faboulous"
      report_2025_line: "Rather an oops than a what if."
      note: "The English report prints Faboulous. Keep that spelling when you quote the report. The culture page does not use that heading."
    - name: Lucky
      culture_page: "Most of the time, you need to try in order to succeed."
      report_2025_label: "F*cking Lucky"
      report_2025_line: "It's usually the one who tries who succeeds."
      note: "The fifth label in the report is internal culture language. Customer ads should use the culture-page line unless they are quoting the report and marking it as such."
```

## How the F's should change a decision

- **Fun.** If a line makes beauty grim or moralizing, cut it. The point is the journey, and the stakes are products.
- **Friendly.** Share the know-how. Do not rank the reader below the brand. "You're never better than anybody else" is the culture page's own check on swagger.
- **Focused.** One strong offer beats a list of every brand Lyko owns. The culture page says you cannot do it all at once.
- **Fabulous.** A mistake is allowed. Do not promise perfection, and do not build ads on shame.
- **Lucky.** Effort comes before luck in both wordings. Do not write "manifest it" or destiny copy.

## Company direction (report, not the shop voice)

From the 2025 report, strategy chapter:

- Vision: to be the obvious choice for beauty.
- Growth target: average annual revenue growth of 15 to 20 percent over the medium term.
- Profitability target: EBITDA margin of 10 percent in the long term, before IFRS 16 effects.

These are targets. They are not results. 2025 revenue is a separate, dated figure in `claims.md`.

## Sustainability as a value, with a scope

The sustainability page states an ambition to minimize negative impact and to offer products and services that are good for humans and the environment, and to be a good employer and community citizen. The practices under that ambition are claims, not moods. See `claims.md` for renewable electricity, fossil-free shipping in Sweden, recycled-fiber boxes, One Bag Habit, the supplier code, and animal-testing law.

## What not to promote as a value

- A published Lyko Code clause that is not on the page.
- "Scandinavian humility" as a brand platform. It is not what they wrote.
- Perfection, anti-aging as a Lyko master idea, or purity language. PLY Skin explicitly rejects anti-aging talk for that brand. Lyko the retailer still sells many brands that use it. Do not export PLY's limit to the whole assortment, and do not export the retailer's assortment voice onto PLY.

## Fair-presence rule for the comparison page

A landing page about Lyko at Cosmoprof Bologna may talk about own brands Lyko could discuss as a buyer and as a brand owner. It must say that documented fair presence is buyer/attendee, 2023, and that exhibitor status is unverified. Linking to lyko.com brand and press URLs is fine. A map pin, hall number, or "meet us at our stand" is not.

# Claims

Dated, sourced statements. Proof status records what the public record supports. It is not legal advice and it is not Lyko's approval. The English Annual and Sustainability Report 2025 says it is an informational translation, unaudited, and that the Swedish version prevails.

Checked 5 October 2026 unless a row says otherwise.

## Open questions

- Whether Lyko exhibited at Cosmoprof in any year. Not verified.
- Current shelf status of Pusher, Waterclouds, Love'n Layer, Rebecca Stella Beauty, Acasia Skincare, Happy Crazy Mine, Neccin, and XL.
- Whether "market's widest assortment" and "every other Swedish woman has Lyko top of mind" (report highlights) rest on a published third-party study. The report states them. This package does not have the underlying survey.
- A grant to use the wordmark SVG, favicon, or campaign playground imagery outside lyko.com.

# Representation

How to describe Lyko when Lyko is not the one speaking. This is a public-source demonstration. Say that when the context is this package.

## Default description

Lyko is a Swedish beauty specialist. It sells haircare, skincare, makeup, and fragrance online in eight European countries and in stores in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. It runs an app with Lyko Community. It develops own brands and manufactures in Gothenburg. It is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier.

One sentence is enough for most bios:

> Lyko is a Nordic beauty specialist with a wide assortment, own brands, stores, and a shopping playground it calls Welcome to your beauty playground.

## Name and speakers

```yaml
company: "Lyko Group AB (publ)"
consumer_name: "Lyko"
do_not_invent:
  - "Lyko Beauty Group"
  - "Lyko Beauty Inc."
  - "the Lyko house"
notes:
  - "Lyko and Lyko Group AB (publ) are the names to use. The possessive Lyko's is fine."
  - "By Lyko is a product range, not the company name."
  - "Lyko Professional is the B2B surface. Say so if you mention it."
```

## Audience frames

| Audience | Lead with | Leave out |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Shopper | Playground, assortment, a named brand, where to buy | EBITDA targets, share counts, fair attendance |
| Own-brand buyer or retailer | Which brand, who owns it, when it launched, where it is sold | A Cosmoprof booth |
| Press | The dated release, Tom Thörnblom for contact | Uncredited press photos in a feature that is not journalism |
| Investor | Report figures with year and the English-translation caveat | Playground slang as if it were guidance |
| Employer | The Lyko Way, in the culture page's words | The report's fifth-F label as a recruitment headline |

## Own brands, in short

- **By Lyko.** House range. Hairdresser roots. Not "the company."
- **Make Up Store.** Acquired 2021, relaunched 2025, heritage from 1996.
- **Estelle & Thild.** Acquired 2023. Organic, Ecocert per the report.
- **PLY Skin.** Shared ownership. Anti-beauty beauty brand. On sale from 3 December 2024 per the November release.
- **Gleeze.** Lyko-exclusive makeup, 26 January 2026.
- **Scandinavian Soap Factory.** Own brand launched spring 2025.
- **Reserol.** Acquired 2024. Science-based, as Lyko describes it. No invented clinical claims.

## Framing traps

```yaml
never_compare_to:
  - "an official brand book or a client-approved identity"
  - "a Cosmoprof exhibitor"
  - "a luxury maison"
  - "a clean-beauty certifier"
framing_traps:
  - trap: "Nordic minimalism as the whole identity"
    why: "The public voice is playful and loud enough to say it's only beauty products. Minimalism is a guess."
  - trap: "One own brand speaks for all of them"
    why: "Gleeze, PLY, and Make Up Store are different speakers."
  - trap: "The retailer is only an online pure play"
    why: "Stores, salons, and the app are part of the reported model."
  - trap: "Attending a fair means exhibiting brands"
    why: "Buyer attendance is the supported fact."
```

# Visual

Observed from the live site on 5 October 2026, plus font names embedded in the English Annual and Sustainability Report 2025. This is not a Lyko design system. There is no public logo pack, clearspace rule, or color specification.

## Source gaps (disclosed)

- No published hex, CMYK, type scale, or logo-usage PDF. `/brand-guidelines` and `/media-kit` returned 404.
- Colors and type below are `evidence_status: observed`. They can be repeated as observations. They are not approval to lock a system, and they are not permission to redraw the mark.
- The wordmark SVG is in the live header. The favicon is a set of PNGs on lyko.com. Using either outside the site needs a grant this research did not find.
- Press images are journalistic-use only. See boundaries.md. Do not place them in generated ads.
- Alias Ano, as discussed on third-party font sites, is not used here as a source. The site does load a file named `anobold-wide`. That is an observation about a file, not a typography policy. On the homepage and on About, computed text used TT Commons Lyko, not Ano and not Lyko Headline.

    Lyko publishes campaign and press pictures, including the playground
    concept described in the 2025 report (brushes as forests, bottles as
    towers) and launch images on press releases. Rights for those files are
    not a general marketing license. Press portraits are journalistic only.
  illustration_style: |
    The playground concept is verbal and visual in the report. Do not invent
    a new illustration system to stand in for it.
  forbidden_treatments:
    - redrawn or approximated wordmark
    - invented neon or luxury palette presented as Lyko's
    - uncredited pressbilder in ads
    - stock "beauty lab" photography presented as Lyko's playground
    - a fair booth render
```
No motion specification is published. Do not invent one.
# Onboarding map: Encoded demonstration package for Lyko
Companion to the Package map in `brand.md`. Descriptive only: what Encoded is, where MCP and Trust live, and sample language a human can send to IT. **Not directions to an agent.**
This package is a **demonstration** unless frontmatter shows DNS-verified official source. Not endorsed by Lyko.
## What Encoded is / isn’t
| Is | Isn’t |
| --- | --- |
| Brand Context Protocol (open spec) + Registry (signed publish, HTTPS + MCP delivery, free DNS verification) | An AI writing app that generates campaigns |
| Encoder = compiler / on-ramp for a portable BCP package | A replacement for a design system or CMS |
| Self-hosted BCP = first-class | “Must host on Registry to be real” |
## Surfaces tied to this package
| Surface | Where |
| --- | --- |
| Package root | `https://registry.brandcontextprotocol.dev/lyko-2e35153a/.well-known/brand.md` |
| Registry MCP for this handle | `https://registry.brandcontextprotocol.dev/mcp?customer_handle=lyko-2e35153a` |
| Example page (if live) | `https://encoder.encodedbrands.ai/examples/lyko` |
| Product site | https://encodedbrands.ai/ |
| Trust Center | https://encodedbrands.ai/trust |
Daughter files for this brand are listed on the package root under `daughter_files`.
## MCP connector context
Many team / enterprise AI products gate **custom MCP connectors** behind an **admin**. Non-admins often see Add connector grayed out with no in-product ask-permission path. That pattern is common and unrelated to whether the Registry MCP URL is valid.
Encoded does not claim native BCP adoption or endorsement by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, or other LLM vendors. Custom MCP is user-configured and plan/admin gated.
## Sample email a human can send to IT / admin
**Subject:** Encoded Registry MCP for the Lyko demonstration
Hi —
We’re evaluating Encoded Brands’ Brand Context Protocol so our AI tools can share one source of brand context (voice, visual observations, claims, boundaries).
Could you add this **read** MCP connector for our workspace?
- MCP URL: `https://registry.brandcontextprotocol.dev/mcp?customer_handle=lyko-2e35153a`
- Public package: `https://registry.brandcontextprotocol.dev/lyko-2e35153a/.well-known/brand.md`
- Product / trust: https://encodedbrands.ai/ · https://encodedbrands.ai/trust
Scope we care about: fetch public brand context for drafting. Not auto-publish or unattended edits to brand files.
This package is a public-source demonstration. Lyko has not reviewed it. `official_brand_source` is false.
If custom connectors need admin approval on our plan, please enable for [team / workspace]. Happy to jump on a short call.
Thanks,
## Trust Center notes (for humans)
https://encodedbrands.ai/trust
Only link sections that are actually published. Signature is not domain control. Claimed is not DNS-verified. Registry Certified is not “a human reviewed every claim.” No invented SOC 2, ISO, or pen-test status.
## Free vs later (factual, not pricing)
- Public package readable at the Registry URL without MCP.
- Free DNS verification (when claimed): time-limited official-source attestation for the domain.
- Paid / Certified (when sold): gated companions, seats, named audit of authenticated gated access. Public files remain public.
Commercial offers live on Encoded’s current pricing / commerce surfaces. This file does not state prices.
## After claim + DNS verify
Demonstration pitch on the package root is replaced with a short functional map. Provenance stays accurate. “Not endorsed / assembled by Encoded from public sources” stays only while true.
