# Claims and evidence

Evidence of published wording is not evidence that a comparative or transactional claim is true. The statuses below separate source wording, draft copy, and substantiated offers. None represents Group 1's approval of this package.

## Not cleared by these sources

- No hidden fees or dealer add-ons; all-inclusive final pricing.
- All service staff factory-trained; genuine parts on every visit.
- Hundreds of available vehicles in Houston today.
- Lowest prices, largest selection, best service, or guaranteed approval.
- Current specific make/model availability, promotional APR, discount, or payment.
- Corporate scale, revenue, growth, or store counts carried over from the old BCP without current checking.

Some appear as sample language in V, or promotional wording in F/M. That supports a voice or composition observation, not a verified offer. A publishable offer needs an accountable source, market, date, conditions, and owner review.

## Banner claim budget

The accompanying banner carries a qualitative invitation, a source-observed campaign line, a local cluster identity, and a shopping CTA. It contains no price, count, deadline, endorsement, or financing promise. The photograph illustrates a moment; it is not represented as testimonial evidence. The commercial destination from M was confirmed against the live first-party Houston page on 2026-09-28; it remains subject to preflight before real use.

The “Buy / Drive / Commit with confidence” structure is evidence of customer-facing creative expression. It does not remove the conditions attached to each benefit. A future offer-led banner must pair its specific benefit with the applicable qualification and destination terms, once store applicability is confirmed.

### Price and incentive reading

The supplied disclaimer excludes tax, title, registration, and smog charges unless specifically itemized, allows additional financing fees where applicable, and distinguishes included applicable incentives from excluded conditional offers. A displayed price therefore does not support “everything included,” “available to everyone,” or guaranteed financing. Eligibility language must not be dropped when shortening an offer.

## Missing evidence

No live inventory feed, Houston offer sheet, signed legal approval, or original photograph license was supplied. Their absence is not filled with plausible facts.

## Corporate evidence stays in context

The Q2 2026 earnings release describes cluster expansion and says the Hennessy transaction was expected to close by year-end subject to approvals and closing conditions. It is evidence of an announced agreement, not completion. A later dated closing announcement would be required before changing that status. The careers site and the 22 September 2026 senior-notes release give different dealership totals (260 and 249 respectively). Their timing or scope was not reconciled.
